EntransterTM-R是英格恩生物(Engreen Biosystem)研发合成的针对siRNA、microRNA、mimic、inhibitor、mRNA和shRNA等RNA的转染试剂。EntransterTM-R不仅可以转染小RNA,而且针对mRNA等长链RNA优化。由于纳米技术的应用,EntransterTM-R4000能做到高达90%的转染效率和60-90%的沉默效率,对难转染细胞和原代细胞也非常适用。

纳米聚合物,转染效果优于脂质体转染试剂 高效转染,沉默效率高,可以达到90%以上的沉默效率 低细胞毒性,有血清转染,无须反复更换培养基 原代细胞、悬浮细胞和敏感细胞都能转。
